Pros: Emplacement parfait face au port pour cet appartement moderne aux larges baies vitrées, qui donne l'impression de profiter de la ville même en restant chez soi ! Possibilité de laver son linge dans des machines au sous-sol (gratuitement). Cons: Accueil peu chaleureux, et défectuosités des interrupteurs électriques, qui marchaient quand ils voulaient ! L'emplacement se paie aussi au niveau du parking privé proche - et obligatoire dans ce quartier - (30 euros par jour).
