Pros: Expensive; but incredibly high standard that made it worth it. We had a short stay but were amazed by the service once we arrived. Lovely facilities and Junior Suites were wonderful. Cons: Staff were quite rude and blunt on email before the stay; not accommodating reasonable requests.

Beutiful Historic Property - a real sense of history. Amazing huge grounds - lots to explore

Breakfast in the formal main dining room was exceptional. Good selection and great service.

Brilliant but rooms too hot, I think as a listed building they cannot install aircon

Pros: The building and the setting Cons: Lack of aircon

Very nice stay!

Pros: Historical property very well located close to London Cons: Very expensive for the level of service. 300 pounds was added to my bill as a theoretical « tip » that I never offered to pay (we included tips when having a meal on the property restaurants) - which I thought was dishonest and very high for 2 days stay.
