We definitely will not be back !

Pros: Location was very central and close to the city. Lygon Street restaurants, cafes etc short walk away. Tram was a couple of blocks walk through parklands which were lovely. Cons: Mostly everything else ie :- Staff advised our room had been cleaned just before we arrived - it had definitely not been cleaned as there were spill stains on the kitchen floor, opened used soap, shampoo bottles etc in shower and on basin. Hair in the basin and on the floors. We had clean towels and sheets (hopefully). The receptionist was leaving for the day but stayed to hand over the keys [which we

Pros: It was a large bed Cons: There was only one sheet and a light blanket which was very cold for the middle of Melbourne in winter. There was no additional heating in the room and we had to keep the door shut as we did not know this person who was in the other room. There was no shampoo. There was no coffee, tea, or milk.

Disappointing

Pros: Location Cons: Run down condition of both inside and out.

Pros: Location and size of the apartment. Cons: It does need to be renovated, facilities are old.

Absolutely awful, despite how cheap it is I would’ve genuinely rather stayed in my car. Do not waste your money.

Pros: Nothing it was awful staying there. Cons: The staff took over an hour to reach us to get us checked in and didn’t give us the right key and the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all whatsoever with shit stains on the towels and dirty sneakers left in the fridge. The lights don’t work, the tv didn’t work, the bed sheets had hair all over them and weren’t washed at all, the kitchen wasn’t cleaned with utensils dirty and rubbish everywhere like a wine bottle on the counter. It was so awful staying there and to make the stay worse, they didn’t even give us a key for the gate when we came back late
