A comfortable and pleasant stay in a convenient location.
Pros: I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Club Quarters Hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were helpful. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and its services. Cons: Nothing in particular. Everything was satisfactory during my stay.
Pros: Great location and the lobby was nice. Cons: Our experience at this hotel was mediocre. Mistakes can happen, and we understand that no hotel operates perfectly. However, the way those mistakes are handled says everything about standards en morals. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward situation was made considerably worse by Ashley. Rather than approaching the situation with professionalism, courtesy, or even a basic level of understanding, she responded to us in an rude and disrespectful manner, despite the issue being the result of a mistake made by the hotel itsel
Perfect
Pros: location and quality of hotel Cons: The in house restaurant had good service but the quality of the food at dinner did not match the cost. I would not dine there again if I stayed at the hotel.
