Pros: Upgraded to a larger room on arrival , which was unexpected and appreciated. Great location , as we were attending a graduation ceremony at St. Pauls . Pleasant , friendly staff who did their best . Cons: The coffee machine didn't work and wasn't resolved ( but I was given a coffee by reception staff ) Some problems with air conditioning ( but this was resolved )

The heart of the London hussle
Pros: We are a family of four. The room was a little tight for us, but we managed. The location was superb. You have direct touristy action right outside the door. The breakfast was good, quite simple, although most English food is. There were some interesting vegetarian options that we honestly couldn't figure out what it was. Nonetheless, a fun place to stay with a great coffee bar downstairs. It was really nice to leave our luggage in the small closet for storage since the rooms are not ready until it states. Also, super easy to catch an Uber/taxi. We walked a ton from there! Cons:
