Great location!
Pros: Great location; it is the best part of the hotel. The lobby is dark and has no atmosphere, and there aren't any bathrooms there; you have to go downstairs. Good and attentive staff. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location is fantastic. Cons: The room and bathroom were very small, and there was no information on how to turn on the AC, use the phone, or activate the room connections. The room is not worth the price.

I would definitely go back.
Pros: The hotel is located in one of the prime spots for exploring. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted and felt totally safe. I have been to London often and was very pleased. The bed was so comfortable. Cons: You have to be prepared to hear Big Ben but that's really part of the charm.

Location brilliant
Pros: Location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was a great size for 2 beds. Cons: Toilet facilities. There was no toilet on ground floor to service restaurant and bar. You had to go down the lift to 1 communal toilet. Ridiculous. Also, the bar was situated in middle of breakfast area. Had no atmosphere.
