Pros: Close proximity to where I needed to go Cons: 1. Charging my card for "incidentals" which they have yet to reimburse since all I did was check in, sleep and shower the next morning 2. They don't tell you they will be charging you for "incidentals" until after you have booked and checked in 3. No complimentary breakfast- you are told to go across the street to get a "disxount" at a high priced bagel cage that doesn't even amount to 5% discount. 4. Shower set up is asinine: shower curtain isn't long enough to keep water from going out into the bathroom area. 5. Guest services seemed to be
