Perfect stay, beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend
Pros: EACH CATEGORY FOR MY RATINGS IS OUT OF 10: STAFF: 10+ Honestly 10 doesn’t even do it justice. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, nothing is too much trouble. I was checked in by Cynthia ( I hope I spelt it right ) and straight away she was kind, polite and very friendly. Even complimented me on my accent ( I’m from the UK ) and said how nice my hair was. It’s a small compliment like that which mean a lot. She was informative and had a great knowledge of local shops and eating places. Really useful if you’re unsure on what you want. Cons: We were hounded by the aggressive staff to do a 90 minute time share presentation. We were told it was a requirement for the say. There was no such requirement mentioned in our booking agreement.

The staff was awesome, from Conceirage, to valet, to front desk. Very professional and accommodating
