Pros: Booked a twin share room upon checking in advised no twin share available requested a cancelation and denied refused refund Cons: Front counter staff were rude even before finding out room was not available

Over all everything was a 9/10 for us and do plan on coming back.
Pros: Everything was great and will be coming back. Room was really clean , staff extra friendly, and the pool was a hit for my kids. Cons: Did not like pool closed early and that shuttle runs every hour wish it ran every 20 mins at least
Dont hesitate to book and stay there you’ll be happy you did.
Pros: Everything was honestly amazing and everyone was helpful and nice. Cons: The tv and the remote were not the best. Not trying to nip pick but everything else was absolutely awesome about the room and hotel.
