The staff was friendly and alwaya available. The location of the hotel is mins away from everything you can think of eat

Pros: The location is everything! The smell of the hotel is amazing. Cons: Parking is $45 a day.

I would stay again but would not book through Booking.com.

Pros: Staff were lovely, the space was great, everything was clean and worked well, and they have nice amenities (coffee daily, snacks once a day). Cons: They don't really know how to work with booking.com, so maybe they shouldn't use them? No one can explain my itemized receipt to me, and it doesn't match my credit card statement. If the hotel can generate a receipt, they should be able to explain everything on it. And no one should ever have to ask for an itemized receipt. That should be standard. Additionally we tried to change our reservation to arriving a day later. Whenever I called a
