Pros: Lovely staff right near Kew Garden and on-site parking. Cons: It's in need of decorating and the furniture in the room was ripped on chairs, and the headboard was dirty; all rooms had marks on walls and carpet, the same in the bathroom, paintwork was bad.

A friendly, very British hotel.
Pros: Super comfortable, huge mattresses. Kind, helpful staff. I recommend the pub as well, excellent English sparkling wine and good cuisine! The terrace on the edge of Kew Green is a must-visit. Cons: The room is due for a little refresh: painting, bathroom maintenance, carpet replacement.
