Amazing friendly service and beautiful rooms. There was a well maintained courtyard with waterfalls and beautiful flower baskets. I’ll be coming back.

Very comfortable place particularly with my 15 year old who loved the courtyard seating area and lounge with games.

Pros: This is a difficult review for me to write because, in many ways, this is a wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, the property is very clean, and my stay was enjoyable until the day I checked out. Cons: Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk staff member during checkout, whose name I believe was Raz (or possibly Taz), left a very negative impression. She came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking the level of professionalism and customer service that guests should reasonably expect.
