Horrible
Pros: Nothing Cons: The room we booked was unsuitable for habitation and was infested with roaches. Over a dozen were visible when we turned on the light and entered room. We promptly returned to the lobby and were denied a refund. We were told that any refund would have to come from booking.com, who we have not been able to contact.

One cheap and dirty place to stay if you like it like that.
If you're looking for cheap and nasty this is the hotel for you. The health department really needs to inspect this place it is not fit for humans. Now the cockroaches on the other hand we're having a blast on the nasty carpet that looks like somebody threw up all over it. Please believe me when I tell you you would be better off staying at the homeless shelter in Wilmington.

Great place to stay when you have a crisis!
David who I think is the Manager behind Coastal Suites front desk is a really great guy. Whenever I check in he’s always friendly & nice to me. The rest of staff are nice as well & the rooms I stayed in are always clean so I go back & give them my business. It’s not a fancy 5 star place but if you’re in a crisis because your landlord says 1 thing but does another & you now need a safe clean place to sleep & very good coffee in the morning then Coastal Suites is your place! My wife unfortunately is long term disabled due to a medical condition. Every 6 months I take my family up to Winston-Sale
