A terrible disappointment.
Pros: Cordial staff. Nice location for walking along the river. Cons: This hotel is frequented by tour groups who take over the lobby and single lift during check-in/out. Be prepared to take the stairs. Room 319 should not be offered to guests. The walls are filthy, the bed sagging, and the pillows are clotted lumps. The management should be embarrassed.
Pros: Staff lovely,location fantastic. Cons: Very costly and the rooms and decor very tired. Rooms only serviced every 2 days but mine wasn't i had to ask twice!
Great location friendly and helpful good breakfast choice
Pros: It was central in town Cons: It is old and needs work but the staff were awesome
Pros: Close to city centre Cons: Problems with TV system in our room. We were unable to access BBC channels, during our previous stay we had a room with TV which could only access BBC channels. Reception staff told us that TV was provided through internet & nothing could be done.
