Pros: Location, friendly staff, room, minor issues but still enjoyed the stay. Cons: Shower sprayed everywhere, couldn’t close shower door, tracks jammed, and we weren’t supplied enough loo paper for two nights. Three flights of stairs a bit much for older people.

Disappointing service.
Pros: Excellent location. Good sized apartment. Cons: Had to ask for black mould to be removed from bathroom. When notified, management did see to the problem. Advertised as daily serviced apartment except for weekend...which was fine except that the servicing was not provided on week days as promised. Had to ask on two occasions for fresh towels and supplies.
Old and needs updating, worst bed, mouldy and barely function bathroom. Don't stay here.
Pros: The staff were friendly. Cons: The room was terrible. Bathroom door didn't close at all and constantly jammed. There was mould throughout the bathroom and the toilet was barely functioning. The shower was in a ridiculous location on the side wall of the bath. If we moved the shower head it sprayed all over the whole bathroom and saturated everything. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed was like sleeping on a bed of concrete and the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift access, you need to be aware of this when booking.
