This hotel is total scam! We booked two nights for our upcoming trip to Brazil in spring. No prepayment has been needed. The hotel charged our credit card 3 times more than the booking amount without any explanations! We tried to contact them to get some explanation but they did not care at all and ignored our messages. After this we decided to cancel this booking, they did not refund us the money, however there was still free cancellation terms. They are scammers! Be aware!

Old hotel but the room is a good size and was very clean. Bed okay. Breakfast is good but could be improved even more for those staying longer. Right in front of Moema metro, good restaurants nearby.
