Convenience
Always use this hotel. Drop bags off as we traveled by train. Then visit family who live on John Bright Street.

The property was great for the station
The property was great for the station. What I didn’t like was there was loud music playing below, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

The property was old and certainly dated
The property was old and certainly dated. The staff appeared to be just filling in time to get paid. The button on the toilet cistern stuck, and when I reported it, the reply was tomorrow or tonight. I said we would need a toilet for the night, so he came and spent at least 15 minutes to fix it. The first room they showed us was extremely poor, and we refused it and took another room. The bed was terrible. The photos of the place may not be forged but certainly enhanced. WILL NOT BE BACK
