Great if you like your room being given to others when you’ve already gotten your keys.

Pros: Close to kings island Cons: I checked in and was given a room and when I came back after midnight they had given it to someone else. I used my card to open the door and someone was inside and pushed the door shut, then gave me a room with one bed when I had 2 adults and 2 children and when I asked how I would be comped the guy at the desk said I don’t know this isn’t my fault I guess we have snacks you can come get. When I checked out I asked how this would be taken care of and the older man that checked us in originally also said he didn’t know but nothing could be done until his manage

Nice location and great staff.

Pros: Bathroom was separated from the sink, so while someone was in the bathroom we could still brush our teeth or use the mirror. We saw that our room was on the first floor. A lot of places to eat nearby, an only 11 minutes from King’s Island. Cons: No shampoo and conditioner in the containers. Staff might need to add that to their check list. But the receptionist was very kind of giving some small bottles.

Not the greatest

Pros: Breakfast was great Cons: The elevator seemed sketchy at best the halls and room were uncomfortably warm when we arrived, as well as the TV was very outdated and small and the bed frame had also seen better days.

An ok stay

Pros: Friendly staff Cons: Cleaning wise and hot in the building, Also has an smell

Place was dirty.

Pros: Breakfast was awful. The fried eggs were not done. Sausage was yukky. Cons: Blood stains on the pillow. Stains on another bed's sheet. The conditioner bottle was empty. Carpets were stained everywhere in the hotel.
