Pros: Offered a upgrade to a suite at no additional cost Cons: The rough area was in downtown Cleveland Ohio a man was urinating in public in a corner by hotel entrance. Even children were present during this. We will not stay again. Floors were stained and we were I. A suite.

Pros: I have stayed at plenty of hotels over the years, and I have never experienced anything this disgraceful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT TRUST YOUR RESERVATION HERE. AND DO NOT EXPECT THE STAFF TO TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT. I sincerely hope management takes a serious look at how this property is being operated.
