Location was perfect
Pros: Slept well. Checking was pleasant. Staff in the evening was kind, helpful and professional. Cons: Bar tender was par, checkout girl in the morning was cold and ridged to all the guests checking out. She seemed unhappy with her job, annoyed and unfriendly. Countertop in my bathroom was all wet upon arrival.
Pros: Bien Cons: El coste
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! A special shout-out to Megan at the front desk, who was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her friendly attitude and outstanding customer service really made a difference in our experience. Megan is truly a huge asset to this hotel, and she deserves to be recognized for the excellent job she does. Employees like her are what make guests want to come back. We would absolutely stay here again!
Great
Location, shuttle and crew
Convenient for layovers with the free hotel shuttle. Room was clean. I was far from the subway station.
Pros: Love the free shuttle to and from the airport. Cons: It was far from the subway. Had to take a bus to get to the subway station.
