Pros: The pool Cons: Did a 3 hour drive? There made a phone call prior to me. Leaving my house to be informed. That checking time is at 3 o'clock. We got there a little after 3:00 pm try to check-in, but was informed that we would not be able to check-in because the room was not ready. We were unable to check-in until 6PM, then we wanted to take a shower after the long drive. Went to get bath towels because there was none in the room was not provided bath towels until 8:30 PM. And when they gave me the tails , they provided me with pool Towels Would not recommend this place at all. They were

Pros: Easy location to take my dog for a walk. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Cons: Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Check-in took over an hour and a half, and staff were rude when I simply requested an additional set of towels since our reservation was for three people but only two sets were provided. The biggest issue was that I developed suspected bed bug bites during our stay. I reported it to staff and was told we would be moved to another room, but they never followed through and we were left in the same room. The lack of concern and follow-

It was horrible. Four whole days and no room service at all after multiple requests

Pros: It was close to my family that I came to visit Cons: The absence of staff and lack of service provided
