Very clean and very friendly staff.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Cons: The pool wasn’t open when I went due to weather they said. Also you have to ask the front desk for housekeeping and I didn’t find that out until the last night of my stay.

Better than other Comfort Inns in the Area
Pros: Very comfortable firm beds. Great for those who have back problems. Good AC. Nice fitness facility and outdoor pool. A decent breakfast, much better than comparable hotels in the area. Good selection of TV channels. Room doors have dampers keeping them from slamming shut. Stairwell doors have dampers keeping them from slamming shut. Elevator bell is low, and it's operation is much quieter than other hotels. Plenty of free parking. The property is well managed with features that support customers in having a comfortable stay. Cons: Just some small things. There was a stain on the carpet.

Breakfast disaster
Pros: The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Went for breakfast the place was empty of any workers. No food, no plastic wear, no one at the desk, no one answered the phone. Finally a brave customer went into the kitchen and found dried up breakfast eggs and sausage in the oven on warm. I located the plastic wear, and we ate what we could. Still no one at the desk. Deserted. Never again!

This hotel was filthy, poorly maintained, and felt unsafe, especially while traveling with infant
Pros: Nothing Cons: The property was dim, dingy, and uncomfortably muggy from the moment we arrived. The room was filthy, the sheets had visible stains, there were smashed bugs on the walls, and the pillows were about a quarter of the size of a standard pillow. I was traveling with my 9-month-old daughter and did not feel comfortable or safe letting her lie on or touch anything in the room. The hallways had a strong unpleasant odor, and the overall condition of the hotel looked borderline condemned. We requested a refund immediately, and the staff did not seem remotely surprised by our concer
