Comfort Inn Monterey Peninsula Airport

Pros: My room was cancelled and i never given any notice. The way I found out is I called the hotel when I was on the way to find out I had no reservation that I booked online 1 month prior. I asked why the room was canceled as was told the price was to low. The hotel claimed they notified booki**.com but when I called the ***.com they told me I still I had the reservation. Confirmed reservation not honored – extremely disappointing

Pros: The hotel responded promptly to my messages and initially confirmed my reservation in writing. Cons: I did not stay at the property because the hotel refused to honor my confirmed reservation, claiming that it had been confirmed at an “incorrect rate.” The reservation had been explicitly confirmed by the hotel through Booking.com, yet I was never informed that it would not be honored. I discovered the issue myself only because I contacted the hotel regarding a room request. I immediately contacted Booking.com and waited for them to resolve the matter, but no timely resolution or alterna

Nice and convenient and staff were very nice.

Pros: Honestly nothing Cons: The whole hotel is very old, beds squeaking and you could hear the upstairs neighbors bed squeaking in the middle of the night. Mattress was old, you could feel a huge dent on one side. Important: the room does not has AC! You must keep windows open and as it’s nearby the airport then you smell the airplanes smoke and gasoline.
