Pros: I booked and paid for 2 nights through booking.com and they said they did not have my booking and could not accommodate our family who was there for my son's heart surgery. Cons: Did not try to help or offer other rooms.

Stay was still good, and we would definitely stay again. Intend on staying there if possible when the Dr. completes all
Pros: It was close to the hospital, where our appointment was at. The AC UNIT actually cooled the room. Early breakfast was a great asset and convenient. There was plenty of choices in food. Rooms had plenty of towels . The room was clean and spacious. Cons: The coffee pot in the room did not work. Access to coffee in the room would have been great. I wish there had been an extra blanket in the closet and maybe a couple of waters in the fridge.
