An average experience which could have been improved greatly.

Pros: The location is good. The room size is good. The staff were helpful and engaging. We luckily had a parking bay. Cons: Maintenance; 1.One of the bedhead lights was hanging down broken. 2. The fridge in the kitchen was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep at night. 3. There were no ABC channels available on our TV. 4. The toilet paper holder is in a very awkward position on the side of the bathroom vanity so close to the toilet it was difficult to turn around to reach. It should be on the wall. Wonderful staff at checkin, but unfortunately what followed was total confusion with lifts obviously not working from ba

Pros: Location Value for money Cons: Lifts weren’t working from car park Only had two towels for a room suited for four people

Affordable accommodation in the city centre

Pros: Staff were very friendly and location was great Cons: Lacked on cleanliness, interior was very dated and worn. Hot water in shower turned boiling this I think needs to be addressed especially for safety of children and other guests.

We had an enjoyable family reunion.

Pros: Free parking. Position. Comfortable beds Cons: We booked 5 rooms in total, none of the kitchenettes had the correct number of plates and we had to share 2 knives that were able to cut through a block of cheese.
