Comfort Inn & Suites near Stadium

Pros: Location close to Manhattan Value for money Very good breakfast Friendly staff Cons: Elevators are difficult to catch in morning hours, sometimes confusing with no lights on floor calling buttons.

Bad Manager after discussing the problem on phone Safrina Manager not refunded my 1 night stay. All parking charges also not refunded. I am also an employee front desk manager of Comfort inn at Pennsylvania. But no use of sharing and not ready to talk much. Talks about rules and regulations. Not at all worth property at comfort in suites.

good location for the price and secure

Pros: the location, the bathroom was very clean and there were security Cons: the staff was cold and reserved

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of housekeeping

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious and clean. Cons: We stayed overnight on Friday and had a very busy day, all day on Saturday. Once we returned to the room, the bed wasn't made and the towels from the night before was still on the floor in the bathroom as well as, we did not have any clean towels or washcloths to bathe, totally unacceptable. The chair that accompanied the table was very low and not very sturdy as it tilted back way too far. Felt like you could fall in the chair if you leaned back too far.

Good experience, would recommend and would stay again

Property was clean, well staffed and easy access to the city
