Just ok

Pros: Great location. The lobby was nice and the bed was comfy. Cons: We didn't have enough towels and it was like pulling teeth to get some. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped. There was gum stuck to the floor and it was filthy. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were only half full and all of the linens were extremely wrinkled. Several lamps didn't work and the remote didn't have a back on it. The tv channels were limited. Lots of noise in the hallway. My expectations were not met especially for what we paid for our stay.

Pros: I never had a problem staying here in the past . Always nice and convenient.Staff were always nice. Cons: But this stay was not right. When I checked in I was never told it was a problem with the water . So we only had 1 face towel and 1 big towel. I went and stand at the front desk for about 10 minutes and no one came to the desk as I watched 2 ladies in the back laundry room keep looking at me . Then is tall guy comes behind the desk changing his shoes say What Do you need. I asked for towels to be sent to my room and gave him the address. 3 hours later no towels. At checkout I told th

Pros: close to the attractions Cons: The hotel is run down, dirty, front desk not staffed well, lots of wait times because you are waiting for someone to return to the desk. Our room was ok, bathroom was dirty, sink was wet and countertop wet with an old open bar of soap lying in a slimy mess, the travel sized bottles of shampoo, soap, conditioner etc., were open and half empty. The shower was dirty, had hair from previous person in it. 1 towel, 1 washcloth. No cups or liner for ice bucket, had to go ask for all the above and tell them that the bathroom was dirty. No response or offer of
