Fake reviews and bad service.
Pros: Storage room was okay Cons: Even if the location looks good, do not book a hotel near the pyramids. The biggest problem is the hotel's rating. They use fake accounts to increase their score on Booking.com. I sadly accepted a discount for this, but I regret it now. Don't trust the high points. Also, they lied about early check-in. They said it was free, but then they charged me $20 for 3-4 hours. The towels were never changed during my stay. Turkish travelers especially should be very careful with this place.
