Comfort Suites Frisco

My overall stay was very good.

The front desk team is exceptional. Their efforts were genuine and I felt cared for. I appreciated the breakfast as well.

Pros: Convenient..provided everything we needed without the glitz Cons: Clearly a bit older…needs for upgrades

Value for dollar and good location for our vacation.

Pros: Spacious room, great water pressure for the shower. The breakfast was also good. Cons: The air conditioner was on the fritz but we chose not to move rooms as we had an East facing room.

Dirty room

Pros: I loved the location it was close to restaurants wasn't too far from my venue that in all was good Cons: What I didn't like at all on how dirty the bedding was had stains the furniture was dusty the room didn't smell clean the bottom part of the skirt to the bed had stains the mattress protector was torn housekeepers need to do better those rooms need to be inspected better by supervisor in all the comfort suites that we have stayed this location by far was the worst we've stayed at. Even the walls were dirty looked like someone spilled syrup on them and headboards you can see handprint

All was as and better than expected

Pros: Clean, neat and close to location I needed Cons: Clean and well managed
