Confort Vraiment ?!...

Pros: The morning front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but it was free so eeh, what do you expect. The room was a very nice size for the amount of people we had. Cons: The entire building seemed like it needed an upgrade. although the room size was nice, half the stuff in the room was in disrepair. The sink faucet wouldn't stay on, the TV remote was broken, there was stuff under the couch in the main room, the door had trouble closing, and etc. The quality of the breakfast could have been much better even on a budget.

Pros: The hotel's location, ideally situated near the airport and downtown Miami and points of interest for shopping such as Dolphin Mall & Sawgrass Mills

Free parking, a real plus for us with a car Cons: Upon our arrival, we encountered a small reservation problem due to a lack of communication between the hotel and Booking. I had chosen a payment on-site, but a payment had nevertheless been made in advance, which led to the cancellation of my reservation on the same day.
