The main hotel hostess, Nellie Perez, was positively exceptional! Super helpful!
Pros: Breakfast was very good Cons: Nothing
Really bad
Pros: None Cons: They gave me the wrong room.
Would stay again
Pros: Stayed 2 different times for 3 to 4 nights each stay. The staff was really nice. Answered questions for some Louisiana southerners in the big city. Comfortable beds. A short walk to bus stop. Target was a mile or less walk away but we didn't mind. Staff immediately changed our room when guest before us decided to smoke in room on 2nd floor. Cons: The rooms on the 1st floor seemed to have flooded or just smell wet and sofa and curtains were holding the smell. The rooms were also very dated... need updates. Plumbing as well. They did move us to 2nd floor...room didn't have smel
