Comfort Suites University - Research Park

Pros: Price and location. Cons: Had to change rooms because of stink bugs. Staff was good about it, but it was gross.

Never again.

Pros: There was breakfast that I did not try due to issues with my stay Cons: From the get go we were over charged. The man at the desk overcharged us on accident. We had to call our bank to get that figured out. He also overcharged the person in front of us. Second our door to our room was broken. It would not lock. We found out it did not lock around 1am. When we told the lady at the desk in the morning she was rude and not helpful

Pros: Waffles! Cons: All ice machines were broken and the tub in my room had a hole in it

Pros: N/A Cons: They have refused to refund the $100 security deposit, even though the room was left in perfect shape.

Horrible experience

Pros: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Average hot breakfast Cons: We didn't have hot for the Jacuzzi room. Staff couldn't do anything about it. The front desk said it was because the hotel was booked out. The room phone didn't work. Front desk told me to use my cell phone. When I eventually called the front desk using my phone.... nobody answered! The TV didn't work. Check in was at 3pm. We were on on the 6th floor.i had to come downstairs back and forth 6 times to get different remote control for the TV and none of them worked! They didn't send staff upstairs
