Stay here at your own risk and don't mind a rude host!
Pros: Location is ok if you don't mind walking about 1-1.5KM to the nearest restaurant/shopping area. Ease of booking process (with Booking.com). Cons: Based on what I paid, I can tolerate a run down building with dirty walls, moldy and leaky bathroom, empty shampoo/body wash containers, and lack of light at the room-key pick up area but I can't tolerate a rude host who hung up the call when I was talking to him while trying to figure out problems with the outlets in the room.
