checking in was the most difficult part because there was nobody at the front to help you pick up ur key after 4pm, but after asking for help from staff and customer service on the app, everything was

checking in was the most difficult part because there was nobody at the front to help you pick up ur key after 4pm, but after asking for help from staff and customer service on the app, everything was a breeze. I felt like a princess in my room and i didn’t want to leave! I will come back here and I wish I wish I get the same room next time. Love you so much Dallas Sonder!

It’s really confusing figuring out how to get to the residents area

It’s really confusing figuring out how to get to the residents area. The instructions were not clear enough. The key fob didn’t always work. The bathroom sink hot water didn’t work. No ice to be found. Otherwise it was a nice clean place.
