Good location bad staff and a trouble experience
Pros: Location Cons: Staff and they way they handle their clients specially returning clients it was disappointing and unfair they way they treated me.

Como - Halkin a Superb experience.
This was one of the most tranquil and boutique hotels, although I love Como Hotels, this was so wonderful, as a disabled person, they helped me with the Wheelchair every day, thank you to Kriti and her team, especially Pammy, Piotr, Lonny, Alex and Louis, just exceptional - I will definitely be back. The location was perfect and away from the Hussle and bustle.

5* Service, what a treat!
Overall, the food tasted fantastic, the portion sizes were appropriately filling with none left over! The restaurant was light, airy and well-kempt, as well as having an inviting atmosphere with a welcoming ambience. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, but not imposing. Our attendants Deborah and Lewis were faultless in their service, and they should be truly recognised for their workmanship. For what we had paid, we received our money’s worth through and through. We had a lovely Sunday brunch here and highly recommend treating yourselves to this experience just like we did.
