Pros: All electric, on cold days we were able to heat with cold/hot air equipment Cons: The internal parking for large vehicles is complicated. Everything was resolved with the good disposition of the other tenants. It would be good if they leave a floor cloth in the upstairs bathroom since the shower splashes and wets the entire bathroom

It was not good
Pros: The bed Cons: It is an old apartment with a sewer smell, it was not the new one as seen in the photo. The kitchen was dirty, the garage very small
