Pros: I booked this hotel for my brother as he was stuck in Birmingham I kept calling the hotel to make sure if everything was ok they were amazing the staff were very professional over the phone and made me at ease. Cons: Not sure I was not the one who stayed but the employees over the phone were amazing

Perfect for a short stay for work, I would definitely stay again!
Pros: Light and airy room, very clean, welcoming staff, lovely cosy room with everything I needed. Breakfast very good, lots of options. Very impressive service such as wake-up calls, pillow changes if you don’t like the pillows provided, and they even offer toiletries such as shaving kits/toothbrushes etc if you’ve forgotten to bring anything! Cons: The bed was a bit firm for me, but may be preferred by other people. It was advertised to have “air con” but it was actually just a desk fan. I didn’t mind this, but it was a bit misleading.
