Pros: Top quality cooked breakfast, 'standard English' though others were available; supplemented by cereals etc. Location - Swift enough journey between City centre and either of the nearest tram stops (but beware - those stops are on different route branches, the evening's 15-minute frequency to/from City splits into 30 minutes on each branch). Located high enough up a hillside, so very pleasant views from bedroom and breakfast room. Top condition 'building fabric', facilities, decor.
