We had a terrific stay!
Pros: We loved the hospitality of everyone at the Conrad. Cons: There was nothing.
It was over all a pleasant stay.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable Cons: Quite loud. It sounded like someone was entering my room when ever people went in or out of neighboring rooms. I could hear the elevator from my room. Even though I was on the 18th floor, I could hear all the street noises.
Good location and very comfortable stay
Great hotel to visit the Gainbridge Fieldhouse!
This hotel is a vacation all by itself.
I would stay at this Conrad hotel just to stay at the hotel as a hotel vacation. Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional. They quickly handled our luggage (to include 2 bicycles) - and our car. We received a Diamond upgrade to a corner suite and it was lovely. The suite was spacious and spotless. The bed was super comfortable and it was fun to come back to our room and see turn down service after our dinner at the adjacent Capital Grille. I thought the cards they left highlighting nearby bars and their histories was a fun touch. We used our Hilton Honors credit for room service
Outdated, understaffed, overpriced
The hotel is ok. The TV in the room is old and does not have the smart TV functions like Netflix and YouTube sign in. They give you a food and beverage credit but you can’t use it other than breakfast… and breakfast is a limited selection of sandwiches they just microwave. Overall disappointing from what is supposed to be Hiltons high end brand. Outdated and overpriced.
September here averages 19°C, with around 81mm of rain across the month.
