Best hotel in Makkah Mukarramah
Simply one of the best hotels in Makkah Mukarramah! The location is excellent- just a short walk to King Fahd gate. Rooms are incredibly spacious and very suitable for families. The staff are fantastic, from the Manager Muhammad Ali, Tariq bhai at breakfast and room service staff. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.
Our Umrah Experience at Conrad
Service was excellent and everyone was very helpful and courteous. Mention must be made of Mohammed Adnan and Abdur Rahman who were very warm and welcoming during our breakfast time.

Amazing Conrad experience in Makkah as a Diamond guest
We stayed at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah during Umrah and the experience exceeded expectations, largely thanks to Muhammad Ali, the Manager. He was genuinely kind and hands-on throughout, checking in personally and making sure our family had everything we needed. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was upgraded to two suites, which gave us the space and comfort that makes a difference on a trip like this. The hotel itself is excellent — spotless rooms, a short walk to the Haram, and a front office team that is quick, polite and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping and in-room dining were both reliabl
