Great Stay with Exceptional Service
The location and room condition were excellent, and every member of the staff was warm and welcoming. I especially want to thank Grace for her thoughtful assistance and attentive service, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
Excellent option when visiting Seoul
The hotel was great and provided hot water in each room, the food was excellent and the service was great. There is also this trainee, Lucy Kim who is very nice and was super helpful- can comfortably talk to when waiting and assisted us in getting a ride.
Modern comfort in an excellent Seoul location
This was our first stay at a Hilton property, and Conrad Seoul made a very positive impression. The location is excellent. The Hyundai Seoul is just across the street, while IFC Mall, restaurants, shops and public transport are also within easy reach. For us, this made the hotel one of the most convenient choices in Seoul. Our room felt modern, spacious and comfortable, which is exactly the style we prefer. Pros: The room was nice and reasonably clean and staff friendly, but I find it hard to concur that this is a 5 star hotel as it doesn’t go beyond acceptable. Cons: I had heard great things about the breakfast buffet and, as one of the few five-star hotels in Seoul I hadn’t yet visited, I was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The quality of the food did not match the hotel’s reputation or the price being charged. What a stunning hotel! Absolutely to die for! Nice location - can visit the mall when needed. Squeaky clean! Absolutely love it here! Executive lounge has everything you are looking for with stunning views from the top floor. Staff at reception are so helpful! And so are Korean people- what stunning amazing helpful and kind souls!
