Lovely staff and great location

Pros: In general we had a good stay. The hotel is well located for trams into the centre and near to the beautiful Vongel Park. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone we met was very friendly and keen to help. The room was a decent size, and although overlooking a main road, the double-glazing meant it wasn't too noisy. The bed was very comfortable. The worst branch of a pretty good hotel chain.

Pros: One of the best locations, near a beautiful neighbourhood and “the Central Park”, with a good public transport system. The front desk is always ready to help and creates a very friendly atmosphere. Cons: First of all, I would like to mention that I spent a couple of days at Conscious Hotel Westpark during the same week and didn’t experience any of the issues I am describing below. 1. The twin room is so small that you can’t fully open the bathroom door. 2. The shower water pressure is so poor that it’s impossible to properly wash long hair. 3.
