Very bad checkout experience despite a pleasant stay While the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional kindness of the young man who helped carry my luggage and assisted with deliveries — my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by what happened during checkout. Despite having fully paid for my stay, I was not allowed to leave the hotel when I returned the room key. Recommend
It was a nice hotel in a decent location. 10 min walk to the brand new metro and lots of shopping. As for the hotel, the room was nice, breakfast was decent enough, and the staff was very friendly.
