Staff was nice and the room was clean.

Not good.
Pros: The desk person was responsive and helpful, but it was just one person tasked to do all the customer interactions. The location in town was central, but it was in a run-down neighborhood. The photos online were not false, but they failed to capture the run-down feel of the motel and its surroundings. Still, it is probably a good place to flop after a night of raving. Cons: The neighborhood was trashy. As we drove up, and then as we walked to our room, it was clear that the hotel was a working space for numerous lightly-garbed "business women."
