Pros: Very comfortable bed and spacious room Great location close to restaurants and main centre of Madrid Nice pool and outstanding breakfast service Cons: Construction at front of property is a short term problem Areas of the hotel are dark and room lighting could be improved

We had a great stay at the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful
Pros: The outdoor area and the rooms were beautiful! Cons: The room was a little dark not a lot of natural sunlight and the pool menu was very expensive

Hotel de charme très confortable idéalement situé !
Pros: L’accueil, la chambre, le confort, le minibar bien achalandé avec des produits de bonne qualité, la climatisation efficace et sans bruits, la propreté. Hotel très bien situé pour faire des visites, à 10’ à pieds des grands musées, château, plaza Mayor. Cons: Le personnel masculin avec des voix qui portent depuis le lobby jusqu’au 3ème étage, beaucoup trop tôt le matin ! La piscine moins d’un mètre de profondeur, bien pour se rafraîchir mais impossible de nager, attention aux marches glissantes !
