Massive potential to be a very good place to hotel! Needs to finish the refurb.
Pros: Location was great. The fish tanks were Kool and amused the kids. The downstairs lobby area was smart and modern. The breakfast was decent and with the addition of an auto pancake maker, the kids were very happy with that. Cons: Our room was gross. Room 330 needs a refurb. Other rooms have already had this. But not our room. The bathroom was mouldy, old and bath tiles were falling off. The decor is very outdated. The balcony drainage is blocked I believe or just hasn’t been cleaned properly cos there was crap all over the balcony.

A fun stop over before Legoland!
Pros: My son loved the aquarium, we enjoyed the overall atmosphere and feel of the place. Cons: The bathroom plug needed to be held up manually to drain. We could hear other people and excess noise from downstairs events quite a lot too.
