Pros: Excellent staff
Pros: Excellent staff. Engaging and friendly. Responsive. Cons: Two power cuts in the room. TV not working.
Good stay
Excellent breakfast
Perfect location for what I needed, and fantastic staff and service :)
Pros: The staff are genuinely brilliant - both times I've stayed they have gone above and beyond to assist me when it came to parking, either allowing me to stay a little later or providing me with secure parking for my motorcycle :) I can't fault the service! It has always been an excellent location for Radar festival too. Cons: The only real downside to the hotel is that the fixtures and furniture is a bit dated... It's still sufficiently clean, but it is looking a bit tired (I think the hairdryer in the bathroom might be older than me...!)
value for money, helpful staff
