Great value hotel in excellent location.
Pros: Location, free parking, comfortable beds. Cons: Room got a little hot, but it was too loud with traffic etc to open window overnight. A fan would have been appreciated. Bathroom a tad dated.
Wonderful
Pros: Whilst the evening menu was small, the meal itself was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their food. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast. Staff were fantastic with us, location was great as near a tram stop. Cons: Larger evening menu

Pros: Convenient. Comfortable. Warm. Friendly. Free parking. Great value. Cons: It’s a bit tired but it’s great value
Overpriced for what it is
Pros: The hotel was relatively easy to find. The car parking was easy and free. Cons: The bathroom was rundown. There was no hair conditioner. The fridge was noisy in the night so we had to unplug it. The coffee machine was broken at breakfast. Breakfast was not great.
A lovely stay with friendly staff and good service. Just a couple of small things that could be improved.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back again. Cons: The hot and cold taps were separate, and the fridge wasn’t working.
