Disappointed in customer care , otherwise a pleasant stay
Pros: Breakfast, very comfortable beds, quiet at night Cons: I was unable to pay with cash despite explaining that I’d lost my card .id visited the bank to withdraw money . This was embarrassing , I was paying for my friends then had to rely on them to use their card. I also believe that the kings head should not be refused , cash is payment .i think you should rethink your policy and customer care
