We had a nice time in Plymouth despite the hotel.
Pros: Location Cons: The room was hotter than anything we have experienced in our lives. There was no air con and the fans were cheap and did very little. The lifts looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The breakfast was limited and didn’t even offer porridge. One packet of biscuits in the room for a 3-person room is just ridiculous. The guide provided in the room was sticky, stained, and we didn’t even want to touch it. The flush in the toilet was rubbish. The whole experience was poor, and we definitely will not be coming back or recommending.

The worst experience ever!!!!
Pros: The look of the hotel from the outside Cons: The staff was not very helpful. I booked 2 club rooms but there were none available. Then they decided the only option available was two separate rooms for the kids (ages 4 and 8). No consideration for their safety. I was expected to receive my refund, told to go through the booking service, still not heard anything. The staff refused to assist with that too. Also, they took my car registration but did not iterate that as guests we had to pay for parking. Got 3 parking tickets, called and they still refuse to give any assistance in rectifying
