A fair stay at reasonable price
Pros: Location is good at walking distance from the tube station and many restaurant options. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonably priced by London standards. Cons: Rooms with walk-in shower only available upon special request. Temperature control in the room required help from a technician. Hotel is aging.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.
Pros: The location is the only good thing about this hotel, but it's still not worth the money. Cons: The standard room I booked was terribly outdated, dirty, and literally falling apart. I was forced to pay for an upgrade just to get an OK room, which was still a bit dirty. It was definitely not worth the price.

Pros: Everything Cons: Shoddy hotel, insanely high prices for a terrible place!!! Business trip for our colleague who couldn't even take a shower because the shower head was completely blocked by limescale!! DREADFUL!!! We do a lot of business trips, and we've never come across anything like this. Absolutely not recommended.
