Ok place, but it has problems
Pros: Location and cozy Cons: The neighbor had so many birds, they were loud and smelled bad. The place was dirty, especially the bathroom

We really liked it
Pros: The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and super comfortable. I noticed that it was decorated with great care and pride. The internet worked very well. It was located in a very calm place Cons: The apartment was a bit far from everything, which made access difficult, but for those looking for rest and tranquility, it is great. Netflix and television were not working
